Pearland Town Center is a relaxing area where you can kick back, grab a bite to eat, or shop around. To get around the interactive map, use the search box at the upper-left corner to navigate to the store you’re interested in. Simply type in name and you’ll be able to find it easy. This mall contain two floors: Exterior and Ground. Use the floor-level labels found at the top-right corner of the map to switch back and forth between them. When you click one of the pins representing a store, you’ll see additional information regarding that shop. With plenty to shop for in food, personal care products, and clothes, Pearland Town Center cater to the needs of its surrounding area.
How to Use the Map and Shop at Pearland Town Center
On the Ground floor, you’ll find many retailers and service. Major department stores such as Macy’s and Dillard’s is here, as well as several shops for apparel, like Express Factory, Victoria’s Secret, H&M, and Hollister. Sports lovers should browse through Champs, JD Sports, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Teens will love stopping into Spencer’s, Hot Topic, and Zumiez for some trendy gear. Parents tend to frequent Bricks & Minifigs for toys or Barnes & Noble for their book needs. The Pearland School of Music and Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is both great places for kids. If you’re looking for uniforms or school supplies, Rack Room Shoes and Uniforms N More will has what you need.
The fashion accessory game is strong here, too. For jewelry shoppers, you’ll find Pandora, Kendra Scott, Zales, and Kay Jewelers. If shoes is your thing, there is no shortage of options, including Lids, Journeys, and Shoe Palace. For beauty and personal care, check out Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and many nail spa option: LuuLuu, Anthony Vince, and more. For those looking for health and wellness stops, head over to GNC, LaserAway, or bodybar pilates. And don’t forget the odd gems at Miniso, Windsor, and Space City Collective.

It can get crowded at certain points, though, and the spaces may be busy. Parking is sufficient considering all the stores here, but traffic can get pretty bad during peak hours.
